Farewell Ambassador Taylor!

Malaysian Ambassador to Papua New Guinea Blanche Olbery JMN, BCM, JP presenting a gift to Ambassador Teddy B. Taylor during his farewell reception at the U.S. Chief of Mission‟s residence in Port Moresby. Looking on are also other members of the Papua New Guinean Diplomatic Corp: Korean Ambassador Whie-jin Lee, Japanese Ambassador Hiroharu Iwasaki, Chinese Ambassador Qiu Bochua and Ms. Laura Bailey, Country Director - World Bank.

At his farewell reception, Ambassador Taylor thanked the Government and most importantly the people of Papua New Guinea for his time spent here as Ambassador. "I‟d like to thank the people of Papua New Guinea for opening up their homes to me when I visited the provinces. To the many bonds created during the past 3 years here at Post, I thank you all," remarked Mr. Taylor.
