Reminder: the Consular Section only accepts Iranian documents/passports from applicants appearing in person

The Consular Section wishes to remind our Iranian clients that those applicants needing to submit missing documentation and/or their passport after the completion of their administrative processing must appear in person to do so.  If you applied with family members or a group for your immigrant or nonimmigrant visa, you may have one family or group member return to Ankara in order to collect the visas for all if each case is issuable.  Passports delivered by courier, travel agency, or another third party (a family member or friend who did not apply with you) will not be accepted under any circumstances.  As a reminder, in order to submit your passport and/or documents for an immigrant visa case, you should arrive at the Consular Section Gate Monday through Thursday, 1:00 to 1:30pm.  To submit your passport and/or documents for a nonimmigrant visa case, you should arrive at the Consular Section Gate on Thursday between 2:00 and 2:30pm.
