Welcome to the appointment page for the American Citizen Services Unit!
In order to provide more effective customer service, we are asking all Americans requiring passport or notarial services to make an online appointment before visiting our American Citizen Services Unit. Our appointment system allows our clients to plan their visit in advance, ensures shorter wait times, and allows more efficient handling of individual cases.

Please select from the link below to select a date and time that is convenient for you. Each person seeking a service related to passports or birth registration should have an individual appointment. Each person seeking a service related to passports, notaries or birth registration should have an individual appointment. For example, members of the same family must schedule separate appointments for each applicant. An applicant requiring a service related to passports and to notaries must schedule two separate appointments, one for each service. The one appointment per applicant per service policy is strictly enforced. Be sure to print the confirmation screen and bring the page with you to your appointment. It is important to remember that your appointment signifies the time when you should appear at the Embassy’s public entrance for security screening. Appointment holders who do not appear at the appointed time will be asked to reschedule their appointment for a later date. There is no charge for making or canceling an appointment.
