General Inquiries

The Consular Section does not provide a walk-in information service to the public.

The Nonimmigrant and Immigrant Visa Units can be reached during telephone hours, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday at (679) 331-4466. Inquiries via email are preferred.  We may be reached via e-mail at consularsuva@state.gov or by facsimile at (679) 330-2267.
