The American Center is a part of the American Embassy in Lithuania, responsible for managing information, cultural and academic programs of the U.S. Government in support of American foreign policy objectives and greater mutual understanding between the U.S. and Lithuanian societies.
The American Center houses an Information Resource Center (IRC) and manages U.S. Government programs in the areas of Media relations, Cultural and academic programs/Exchanges, and Information resources.
