Tijuana, March 22, 2012 - Until further notice, the U.S. Consular Agency in Los Cabos will no longer be able to provide most routine passport and notarial services.  The office will continue to accept emergency cases involving U.S. citizens during business hours, as well as passport renewal applications for applicants that qualify to use the DS-82 or “Passport Renewal by Mail” forms. 

Services such as DS-11 or “long form” passport applications and notarials that require the presence of an agent or consul will be available intermittently.  The Consular Agency will announce in advance when these services will be provided.  Waiting lists will be maintained at the Agency.  Please call 624-243-4566 with questions or to add your name to the waiting list.
