American Citizen Services (ACS) Appointments
To make an appointment for the following services, please follow the instructions in the following links:
- Passports and Passport Renewals for applicants under 16 years. First passports for applicants aged 16 years and over.
- Passport issued more than 15 years ago
(for applicants aged 18 years+) - Replace a lost/stolen/damaged passport
- Passport Application by Mail (DS-82)*

Please remember to print your appointment confirmation and bring it with you to the Embassy.
DS-82 Error Message*
The application for a U.S. passport by mail (DS-82) does not require a personal appearance nor an interview with a consular officer. Therefore, you should not make an appointment and should apply by mail, and are therefore directed to submit your DS-82 and supporting documents to the Consulate by mail. Should you wish to submit your application in person, you may give it to the guards on Level 3 of the Consulate. Please seal the application in an envelope addressed to ACS Section, and include a self-addressed courier envelope for the return of your passport.
DS-4085 Error Message**
The application for Additional Visa Pages (DS4085) does not require a personal appearance nor an interview with a consular officer. Therefore, you should not make an appointment and should apply by mail, and are therefore directed to submit your DS-4085 and supporting documents to the Consulate by mail. Should you wish to submit your application in person, you may give it to the guards on Level 3 of the Consulate. Please seal the application in an envelope addressed to ACS Section, and include a self-addressed courier envelope for the return of your passport.
