  Human Resource Services manages and administers compensation programs for all employees, maintains all employee records and processes all employee visa actions.

  The Users Office is the first stop of most users on-site. We process requests for Fermilab ID badges for site access, and for Fermilab computing privileges. We also provide information about Lab procedures and policies, system, and local resources.

  Visa Office

  
  

  The Visa Office provides U.S. immigration-related services or assistance to non-U.S. citizen employees and users at Fermilab, and serves as an expert resource to administration and management on matters relating to non-U.S. citizens at the Lab. Our Offices are in Wilson Hall, 1st Floor, West Side.
