Welcome to the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement's (OSM) Accessibility web page. The Federal Relay Service (FRS) provides communications assistance to individuals who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, deaf-blind, and/or have speech disabilities and want to communicate with Federal Government agencies.
