2/12/2013 - EGLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. (AFNS) -- When Airmen enlist in the Air Force, they take an oath to defend the Constitution "against all enemies, foreign and domestic."

To uphold that vow, Airmen must remain vigilant and train to be prepared in the worst-case scenario. Airmen at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., participated an active shooter exercise to prepare them on what they should do in case an unauthorized person enters the base with a firearm.

View the slideshow below to catch a glimpse what the Airmen experienced during the exercise.
