Medical Foster Home Program

The Huntington VA Medical Center has developed a new Medical Foster Home Program (MFH), offering qualified Veterans a safe, affordable alternative to assisted living or nursing home care. The Veteran resides with a carefully chosen caregiver in their home, where they have independence and privacy in a friendly, home environment. Health care needs are managed through the Medical Center’s Home Based Primary Care Team. Read more about the MFH Program.
