Laboratory: blood drawing services available
Pharmacy: Pharmacists are available for consultations and medication processing during regular clinic hours. This clinic does not dispense medication. For prescription refills, call the telephone ordering system using a touchtone phone by dialing 1-800-935-8387. My HealtheVet users can also order prescriptions online at www.myhealth.va.gov. Patients on long-term medications are asked to use one of these automated options for medication renewal. Please reorder your medications at least 2 weeks before the date you will run out.

From the North Take I-49 South. Continue onto US-167 S and US-90 E. Take the LA-3211 N exit toward Franklin. Turn right at LA 3211N/Northwest Blvd. Turn right at LA-182 S. Turn left on Cynthia St. Take the 2nd left onto Haifleigh St. Clinic will be on the left.
From the South
Franklin is on the southern coast of LA.
From the West Take I-10E toward Beaumont/Louisiana and follow through Lafayette. Take exit 103A to merge onto US-167 S toward US-90/Morgan City. Continue on US-90 to the LA-3211 N exit toward Franklin. Turn left at Northwest Blvd. Turn right at LA-182 S. Turn left at Cynthia St. Take the 2nd left onto Haifleigh St. Clinic will be on the left.
From the East Take I-10 W toward Baton Rouge. Take exit 220 to merge onto 1-310 S toward Boutte/Houma. Exit onto US-90 W toward Houma. Take LA-3211 N exit toward Franklin. Turn right at LA 3211N/Northwest Blvd. Turn right at LA-182 S. Turn left on Cynthia St. Take the 2nd left onto Haifleigh St. Clinic will be on the left.
