Pharmacy: Pharmacists are available for consultations and medication processing during regular clinic hours. This clinic does not dispense medication. For prescription refills, call the telephone ordering system using a touchtone phone by dialing 1-800-935-8387. My HealtheVet users can also order prescriptions online at www.myhealth.va.gov. Patients on long-term medications are asked to use one of these automated options for medication renewal. Please reorder your medications at least 2 weeks before the date you will run out.

From the North
Take I-59 South to exit 29 MS-26 W. Continue onto LA-10W/Lakeview Rd. Continue onto Louisiana Ave. Turn left at Memphis St. Clinic will be on the left.
From the South
Take I-10 East toward Slidell. Make slight left and merge onto 1-59 North. Take Exit 6 for MS-43 N, make next left at MS-43 N/Sycamore Rd and continue for 22 miles. Turn left at MS-26 W. Continue onto LA-10W/Lakeview Rd. Continue onto Louisiana Ave. Turn left at Memphis St. Clinic will be on the left.
From the West
Take I-10E toward Beaumont/Louisiana and follow through Baton Rouge. Merge onto I-12 East toward Hammond. Take exit 59 for LA-21 N toward Covington. Turn left at LA-21 N/S Tyler St. Turn right at W 21st Ave. Continue onto E Boston St./LA-21 N. Continue on LA-21 N to Fiorenza Dr. Turn left on Fiorenza Dr., then Continue onto Montgomery St. and turn left on Georgia Ave. Take 1st right to stay on Georgia Ave, then next right onto Memphis St. Clinic will be on the right.
From the East
Take MS-26 W to LA-10W/Lakeview Road. Continue onto Louisiana Ave. Turn left at Memphis St. Clinic will be on the left.
Or Take I-10 West toward New Orleans. Take exit 267A to 1-59 N passing through Alabama, Mississippi into Louisiana. Take Exit 267A-B toward I-59N. Take Exit 6 for MS-43 N, make next left at MS-43 N/Sycamore Rd and continue for 22 miles. Turn left at MS-26 W. Continue onto LA-10W/Lakeview Rd. Continue onto Louisiana Ave. Turn left at Memphis St. Clinic will be on the left.
