AFROTC "Enlisted-Friendly" Schools
We put together this page as a service to applicants for the Air Force ROTC Enlisted Commissioning Programs. Air Force ROTC serves more than 900 colleges and universities across the nation, each with their own policies on admissions, transfer credit, subsidies, and other issues important to enlisted commissioning applicants. This page features information from Air Force ROTC-affiliated colleges and universities across the nation who desire to have enlisted commissioning applicants attend their schools.
What makes a school "Enlisted-Friendly?" Generally, our definition is that if they accept all or nearly all transfer credit from the Community College of the Air Force and other colleges and universities operating on Air Force bases, and have a history of catering to the needs of cadets enrolling in the Air Force ROTC Enlisted Commissioning Programs then they are "Enlisted-Friendly."
Applicants for our Enlisted Commissioning Programs are not required to attend the schools on this page...they can attend any of our 900 colleges and universities . We just wanted to help you sort through a vast array of information to make the best choice for you and your particular situation.
