The 433rd Medical Group provides for the overall managerial, administrative and operational oversight for over 400 medical personnel, including a Medical Squadron, an Aeromedical Staging Squadron, and an Aerospace Medicine Squadron, to support an Airlift Wing with 16 C-5A aircraft and 35 associated units with approximately 3,300 personnel during peacetime and wartime conditions.
