NIFA Grants Policy and Procedures Bulletins (GPPB)

The NIFA Office of Extramural Programs (OEP) is charged with providing leadership in the formulation and implementation of Federal assistance policy for NIFA programs as well as establishing operational administrative management policies regarding the solicitation, negotiation, execution, and administration of grants and cooperative agreements in accordance with authorizing legislation and Federal and Departmental assistance regulations. As part of its responsibility, OEP issues NIFA Grants Policy and Procedures Bulletins (GPPB) that will remain in place until revised or cancelled. These NIFA GPP Bulletins serve to clarify, supplement, and/or interpret Federal assistance legislation and regulations for NIFA applicants and recipients.
