Announcements

Starting in 2012 appointments are now required for all routine American citizen services.  This includes passport renewals for adults and minors, report of birth abroad, adding visa pages, and notaries.

It is possible to have several services during the same visit to the Embassy. Please make a separate appointment for each individual service.

To make and cancel an appointment, please visit the U.S. Citizen Services Appointment System

Scheduled appointments will be automatically cancelled for applicants who arrive more than fifteen minutes after their scheduled time. Applicants who arrive late will be required to make a new appointment via our website. Please plan accordingly, and arrive at the Embassy at least fifteen minutes before your appointment time to go through security and enter the waiting room.
