Documents Supporting Your Application

U.S. immigration law requires applicants for most visas to demonstrate their intent to depart the United States after a temporary visit. To demonstrate your intent, you might want to submit any of the following documents that apply to your circumstances. Please be aware that a visa is neither issued nor refused based solely on documentation.
