The International Partner Search (IPS) helps you find potential agents, distributors or other partners without even leaving the U.S. We will contact a large group of potential Lithuanian partners using the marketing materials you provide, and then identify the companies that are interested and capable of becoming a viable representative for you in Lithuania. The IPS report on these companies includes:

• contact information and basic business profile on up to five potential Lithuanian companies and representatives
• each company's opinion on the market for your product and/or service
• the U.S. Commercial Service staff's opinion on the contact's level of interest and overall suitability

The Gold Key program provides visiting American firms with prequalified and prescreened meetings with potential overseas agents, distributors, sales representatives and strategic business partners.
We will pre-screen your product/service for potential opportunities in Lithuanian market prior to signing you up.
This program is very flexible and can be applied to a wide range of one-on-one meeting needs, depending on receptivity of the sector.

This program features:

• Appointments with prescreened and prequalified Lithuanian firms
• Background and contact information on each potential partner, such as: the size of the company, number of years in business, product or service lines and capability to provide after-sales service
• Customized market briefing with U.S. Commercial Service staff
• Debriefing with U.S. Commercial staff to discuss results and plan follow-up action
• Use of our conference room

Note: The Gold Key fee does not include translation, transportation and other services you might require, but we can arrange them at the current market rates. We can also arrange for hotel reservations at the Embassy rate.

The Video Gold Key Matching Service allows you to jump start the evaluation of prospective business partners and market opportunities without having to travel to Lithuania. The service allows you to more efficiently assess opportunities and plan for potential follow-on in-country visits.

Get a background check on your potential business partner before you sign on the dotted line! The International Company Profile (ICP) report helps you enter into business relationships with confidence. We will provide a detailed report on a Lithuanian company you select and if possible visit the company for a firsthand look.

The ICP report includes:

• U.S. Commercial Service staff opinion of the reputation and reliability of the Lithuanian firm (based on a on-site visit, if feasible, by a Commercial Specialist or Officer from our office)
• U.S. Commercial service staff opinion on the relative strength of the Lithuanian firm in its industry
• names, addresses and contact information of the managers
• preferred language for communication
• basic company profile including information such as size of the company, number of years in business, product/service lines

Upon request, detailed questions will be asked of the overseas companies, beyond those in the standard questionnaire.
