How to Contact the Federal Benefits Unit:

OPTION 1 - Send an email to fbu.jerusalem@ssa.gov. Before sending the email, please follow directions on the frequently asked questions on our website.  When you send an email, include in the Subject Line of the email the name of the worker, the city of residence, and the last four digits of the worker’s Social Security number.  In the email, please provide the following:

  1. Last name and first name
  2. Street Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Last four digits of Social Security Number
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Questions

We will do our best to answer within ten business days

OPTION 2 - Call telephone number +972 2 630 4031 on Monday and Thursday, 8:30am – 11:30am except for U.S. and local holidays .  Before calling the Federal Benefits Unit, please follow directions on the frequently asked questions on our website.  When you call, have the following information available:

  1. Last name and first name
  2. Street Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Social Security Number
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Questions
