Hours of Operation
American citizen services are scheduled as follows:
- Monday: 2:00pm - 4:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Wednesday: 2:00pm - 4:30pm
- Thursday: 1:30pm - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 11:30am
While walk-ins are accepted, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment online or call ahead to arrange a specific appointment time, principally to ensure that we have the staff on hand to take care of your needs and expedite service.
Routine American Citizen Service requests will not be accepted during non-immigrant visa interview hours.
The Consular Section is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to assist in emergency services.
Please note that the Consular Section is closed on American and local holidays
