We welcome parents as our partners in the education process. Parents are welcome to visit the school at any time, and we always appreciate volunteers. Please remember when visiting the school to stop in the office first to obtain a visitor's pass. And, whenever possible, please coordinate with your child's teacher(s) to determine the best time to visit.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
The PTO is a group of volunteers whose objective is to provide support to the scholastic and extracurricular programs of our school, whether it is through volunteering for special programs, sending in box tops, or simply joining the PTO. We invite you to become involved with your children's classroom and the many exciting activities offered at John O. Arnn Elementary School. Our school offers countless possibilities for learning in a dynamic and diverse atmosphere. As parents, you can contribute much to the school's environment and can add immeasurably to your child's success.
Activities:
- Book Fairs: The Book Fairs are open to the entire community. This is a wonderful place to add unique and exclusive items to your home library. We will need volunteers to help set up and tear down as well as work shifts.
- Box Tops: If you can't find time to volunteer, one of the easiest things to do is clip and send in your General Mills Box Tops for Education. The collection box is in the office. The students voted that the proceeds from the Box Tops for Education this year will purchase new sports equipment for the school.
- Campbell's Soup Labels: Save your Campbell's Soup labels to earn educational materials for your PTO to donate to John O. Arnn Elementary School.
