Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is organized by its agency-wide management, program development and operational support functions, in addition to its largest division, Community Supervision Services. CSOSA's agency-wide offices include:

Community Supervision Services is organized into nine branches providing offender intake, supervision and drug testing services:
- Diagnostic and Evaluation Resources (Branch I)
- General Supervision and Sex Offender Supervision (Branch IIA, IIB, VII)
- Special Supervision Treatment (Branch III)
- Domestic Violence (Branch IV)
- Interstate Compact and Detainers (Branch V)
- Illegal Substance Abuse Collection Units (Branch VI)
- Intake (Branch VIII)
