Community-Based Outpatient Clinic

The American Samoa CBOC is to provide primary health care to eligible veterans using available resources. Primary health care means non-emergent care for veterans with stable chronic health problems or minor acute illnesses.

The CBOC is not equipped to provide emergency services. If emergency services are needed, you should seek treatment at Lyndon B. Johnson Medical Center* Hospital Emergency Room.

Veterans wishing to enroll for medical care in this clinic may call or visit us any weekday.

Driving Directions

Take the Rising Sun Parkway exit 28. Bear left off the exit, and pass the McDonald's on the left. Take a right at the first traffic light and go over a bridge. At the flashing light, make a left and go about one mile to another traffic light. Take a right at this light onto Cal Ripken, Jr., Blvd.. The Rising Sun Clinic is 7/10th of a mile on the right in the Doctor's Plaza Center.
