Beneficiary Travel

Kansas City VA Medical Center has a new process for beneficiary reimbursement.

Beginning January 1, 2011, all beneficiary travel payments will be mailed to the Veteran's home of record.  Good news! No long wait and long lines to simply process a travel claim!  Everything will be taken care of during the clinic appointment check out.

The vouchers will be processed and mailed out as a check.  Veterans can expect to receive their check within 12-18 days following their clinic appointment.
