Monday to Thursday, 2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., and Fridays 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon by appointment only, except for American and Azerbaijani holidays.
Consular duty personnel are also available for emergency assistance after hours and on weekends and holidays. Call 498-0335/6/7 and ask to speak to a Duty Officer.
