The application fee for first-time adult customers, or to replace a lost/stolen passport  is $135.00. Passport fee for minors under age 16  is $105.00.

The adult renewal application fee is $110.00. The additional page fee is $82.00

Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA) $100.00

Notarized Documents $50.00

Each Additional Notarized Copy of Same Document $50.00
