Please welcome Dr. Julia Castle, NHCA's New Internal Medicine Physician!

 

Reporting with a strong base in primary care, Dr. Castle arrived in December and has already started treating patients.  A primary care manager notification letter will soon be sent to our beneficiaries who are enrolled to the Internal Medicine Clinic.  If you have any questions, please contact our Health Benefits Advisor (410) 293-2276 for clarification.

**Prior to seeking urgent care in the civilian community, it is extremely important to obtain authorization from either your PCM or the duty provider. Failure to obtain authorization in advance could result in the beneficiary incurring a TRICARE "point of service" charge, which could be hundreds of dollars**
