General Inquires

The Consular Section does not provide a walk-in information service to the public. The office is open from 8:30 am until 1:00 pm on Monday thru Thursday to only the following individuals:

• Persons requesting American Citizen Services;
• Persons requesting transportation letters;
• Persons collecting reentry permits (by letter only);
• Persons with scheduled appointments.

If you are an American Citizen, with an emergency that requires Embassy assistance, please call the Embassy at any time on (679) 772-8049 or 331-4466.

Visa Applicants

The Visa section is open for pre-arranged interviews from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm Monday through Thursday. This section is also open for telephone inquires from 2:00 pm - 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Thursday.
