Areas of Specialization and/or Research Interests

I am interested in the discipline of Paleoecology to provide a historical perspective on landscape responses to climate change in the Arctic and Sub-Arctic. I use lake cores, sediment exposures and fossil plants and animals to detail the past. I use analytical tools including and related to stable isotopes, radiocarbon dating, paleobotany and quaternary geology.
