EFFECTIVE JANUARY 18, 2013, THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION PERIOD IS CLOSED. However, interested parties may still complete the fields below which will be submitted electronically to Dr. Michael Ardaiz and the HSS management team for consideration relative to the new limits imposed upon conferences, in general. Interested parties will be notified within 72hrs if their registration has been accepted.
