Contracting Home Page
The Contracting (CON) Division develops and issues solicitations for
DSCA, field offices, and overseas programs. Our office performs cradle
to grave contracting functions and is responsible for a full range of
planning, directing, and administering highly complex and politically
sensitive acquisitions for supplies and services. In addition, CON
formulates technical documents, administrative policies, and
procedures to accomplish the contracting mission and oversees the
Government Purchase Card (GPC) program for the agency and field
offices.
The Contracting Roadmap tab provides an overview of the five procurement phases: Determine the Need, Solicitation, Evaluation, Award, and Administration. Click any of the five phases to be given the option of viewing the Contracting Process Guide or the Contracting Process Flowchart for the selected phase. The Guide provides a procurement roadmap, related regulations, policies, templates, and forms for each of the phases, and the Contracting Process Flowchart provides a quick outline of required steps within a procurement phase. A summary of key User Types may be viewed by clicking on the various user categories below.
