Welcome to the DSCA link that provides you with information on submitting data
for the annual FMS Sales Forecast and Javits data call.
Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs) are requested
to submit their Forecasting worksheet inputs to DSCA by
8 June 2012.
Each
year the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) sends out a call to
Country Program Directors (CPDs), Security Cooperation Organizations (SCOs),
Military Departments and Combatant Commands (CCMDs) addressing the
requirements and timeline for estimating future year FMS sales. There
is one worksheet where you will record all projected sales. To reduce
staffing and redundancy, DSCA will use the Forecast to extract Javits Report
data.
The information provided is used by DSCA to meet DoD Congressional reporting
requirements, support the Department of State's Foreign Operations budget
request to the Congress, and to ensure that the Security Assistance community
is properly resourced to meet workloads associated with future FMS.
Each country's submission should be reviewed by CCMDs and marked FOR OFFICIAL
USE ONLY.
Submissions by CCMDs should be sent via SIPR to:
