About My Visit

A number of health education resources are available to you at no cost, including references available via My HealtheVet.  Visit our Health Education and Advance Directives pages for more information.

For information about the discharge process, visit our Discharge Procedures page.

Customer Service

The Patient Advocate Program was developed to promote patient rights by providing patients and their families with assistance in an increasingly complex and technical healthcare system. The advocates serve as a liaison between the patient and the VA. Patient Rights and the Patient Advocate Program are strongly supported in this Health Care System. If you have a customer service question, complaint, suggestion or compliment, please contact our Patient Advocates or visit our Patient Concerns page.
