Description of Program:

The Yuma Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible Veterans living in Pima, LaPaz and surrounding counties.

  • Pacemaker Clinic
  • Pharmacist
  • Primary Care
  • Returning Combat Veterans' Program
  • Rural Health Care Coordinator
  • Routine/urgent care procedures, such as:
    * Dermatologic procedures
    * Gynecological exams
    * Skin tests
    * Dressing changes
    * Immunizations
  • Social Work
  • Telehealth
  • Women's Health
  • Wound Care

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm (except Federal Holidays).

Eligibility:
