Basic Cancer Research in Cancer Health Disparities (U01)
Through this FOA, cooperative agreement research grant applications are invited from investigators interested in conducting basic research studies into the causes and mechanisms of cancer health disparities.

Exploratory Grant Award to Promote Workforce Diversity in Basic Cancer Research (R21)
The purpose is to improve the diversity of the research workforce by supporting eligible investigators from minority and underrepresented groups to conduct research projects focused on the basic biology of cancer.

Exploratory/Developmental Grants Program for Basic Cancer Research in Cancer Health Disparities (R21)
Support available for researchers from diverse populations, such as CURE and MI/CCP investigators, to conduct basic research studies into the causes and mechanisms of cancer health disparities.

Feasibility Studies for Collaborative Interaction for Minority Institution/Cancer Center Partnership (P20)
Invites applications for linked awards to assist researchers and faculty at Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs) in conducting feasibility studies and establishing collaborative partnerships with researchers/faculty of NCI-designated Cancer Centers (or other institutions with highly-organized, integrated research efforts focused on cancer).

The Role of Microbial Metabolites in Cancer Prevention and Etiology (U01)
Funding announcement that encourages the effects of microbially generated metabolites of dietary components on host cell biology and seeks to characterize and better understand microbially generated metabolites and their molecular mechanisms of action.

Studies to evaluate cellular heterogeneity using transcriptional profiling of single cells (U01)
The purpose of this FOA is to support projects to examine the transcriptional signatures of individual human cells in order to measure and analyze cellular heterogeneity and to define specific cell types and/or cell "states" in a given population.
