This class explores the new features of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Access
The Microsoft Office 2010 upgrade has brought many new and enhanced features to the application suite. Learn about the changes that are common to all the applications such as customizing the Ribbon and using the Backstage View. In Word, you will explore the new Navigation Pane for search, find and replace and navigating by using document headings.
Excel has a new feature called Sparklines which are charts contained in a single cell. Conditional Formatting has been enhanced with additional icon sets and data bar selections. Use the new Search Filter to further extract specific data. Attendees will work with the Animation Painter for applying affects to objects or text in PowerPoint. Insert Videos into presentations as embedded objects and edit the videos with new editing tools.
