Under Secretary Stephens and Ambassador Ensher inaugurated a new American Corner at the Algerian Language Center in Algiers on March 26.  At a reception attended by journalists, students, coordinators, and the like, the Under Secretary and the Ambassador signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the ALC and cut the ribbon to officially open the American Corner to the public.
