In Case of Emergency

U.S. citizens with an after hours emergency may contact (995-32) 227-7000 and ask to speak to the duty officer.

After hours emergencies include urgent situations regarding the safety and welfare of U.S. citizens.  This includes: Crime Victims, Arrest, Death, Child Abduction, Life Threatening Illness or Medical Conditions, Lost/Stolen U.S. Passport, or other safety and welfare issues of a U.S. citizen.

Visa inquiries, regardless of the nature, are not handled after hours.  After hours, no visa staff are available to assist with inquiries.
