    On November 28, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton presented the Secretary of State's 2012 Award for Corporate Excellence (ACE) in the small-medium-size company category to Sorwathé in Rwanda. The ACE is an annual award that recognizes U.S.-owned businesses that exhibit exemplary corporate citizenship, promote innovation, and advance democratic principles around the world.

    Petitioners residing overseas will no longer be able to routinely file Forms I-130, Petitions for Alien Relative, with U.S. Embassies and Consulates except in locations where U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has a public counter presence within the Embassy or Consulate.  Follow the link for more information.
