The Information Resource Center (IRC) is located inside the US Embassy.  It is the reference center for information about the United States.  The current collection exceeds 4000 books in English and French language. Most of the collection is available for circulation. The IRC has in-depth collections in the following areas:

Public Health

The Public Health collection supports graduate level research into the field of Public Health with an emphasis on clinical medicine and nursing.

Business

The Business collection is directed at citizens interested in developing projects into a small to medium size enterprise.

Academic preparation

The Academic collection supports university students in basic core subjects such as Mathematics and Sciences.

Additionally, the IRC has access to eLibraryUSA, a collection of over 30 databases that support life-long learning.

The Information Resource Center is open to the public, with identification, on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday, 11:00 – 18:00, except on American and Rwandan holidays.
