The Community Action Board (CAIB) is responsible for community collaboration and for identifying and resolving individual, family, installation, and community issues that impact readiness of SAFB units and the quality of life of all members and their families.
The Integrated Delivery System (IDS) enables combat power as the action arm of the CAIB and is responsible for developing solutions to issues. We act with the CAIB to coordinate the activities of other agencies assisting in the resolution of issues. The CAIB and the IDS are present at each level of Air Force command from bases to Headquarters.
