This website will help hotels housing applicants displaced by a disaster obtain payment from (CLC) Corporate Lodging Consultants on behalf of (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency. This site and the hotel payment process are administrated by (CLC) Corporate Lodging Consultants, one of the largest purchasers of hotel rooms for business in the United States.

DR 4086 NJ

The Emergency Lodging Assistance (ELA) program has been activated in for DR 4086 in response to Hurricane Sandy. Eligible participants are being notified and may begin seeking lodging at participating ELA hotels. Please ensure you have checked each guests registration number in the ELA system for their eligibility status, and have collected the required documents from the guest BEFORE checking them into your lodging property. These documents include a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions available on the Program Information Page, and a copy of a government issued Photo identification. The ELA program will pay for room and tax only charges for eligibel guests, thus making any incidentals the responsibility of the guest themselves. Not every person receiving a registration number will be eligible for the ELA program, so please ensure you check their eligibility in the ELA system before providing lodging to the guest.

DR 4085 NY Activated

DR 4080 Extension
October 29, 2012

Some qualified guests will be receiving extension notices to extend their qualified dates of eligibility for the Emergency Lodging Assistance Program. Please check your dedicated online ELA account at ela.corplodging.com regularly and communicate with your guests on a regular basis. The lodging partner will need to have each eligible guest receiving an extension sign a copy of the Extension Terms and Conditions available on the Program Information page. Please note that each individual guest’s assistance can vary and not all guests will receive an extension, so please verify the eligible dates for each guest regularly. To assist us further we also ask you continue updating your hotels account with your room availability options.
