Mission Statement

Welcome from the Delta Company Commander

Welcome to Delta Company, Warrior Transition Battalion (WTB) – Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). We are honored to serve you and your Family members as you are lead through the healing process by our entire team. Our motto is, “Per Ardua Ad Alta” which means: From Adversity to the Heights!” We understand that this transition will be tremendously challenging on many levels, but we will be with you and your family each step of the way. Our medical providers are a major component of our team that will be working for you. They are among the top of our nation, and they are all experts within their field. Our leadership team wall work together to guide you through the path of transition.

Delta Company is not only comprised of active duty Soldiers. We are honored to serve National Guard and Reserve Soldiers, and our staff is a blend of active duty, reserve, and national guard Soldiers. Although there may be a level of uncertainty when you first join Delta Company, our goal is to develop and acceptable level of predictability for you as quickly as possible. From our command team to our squad leaders, we are consistently planning ahead to insure your recovery and transition are as seamless as possible.

We understand the sacrifice you and your family members have made in service to this great nation, and we are truly grateful. I look forward to spending time getting to know you, your family members, and I look forward to watching you grow while you are in Delta Company. My door is always open for you. We are steadfast and ready to serve and assist you and your family at any time day or night.
