Appointments and Availability
The majority of routine services for American Citizens (passports, reports of birth, and notarials) are provided at the U.S. Embassy in Islamabad. For more information or to schedule an appointment, please click here.
U.S. Consulate General Peshawar does offer a limited number of appointments for routine services here at the Consulate. To check availability for this month, please click here.
Arriving at the Consular Section
Please ensure that you have some kind of identification with you, preferably your U.S passport. Other forms of identification may also be acceptable.
Everyone entering the U.S. Consulate is subject to search. No luggage, electronic or photographic equipment is permitted in our waiting room or on Consulate premises.

What Not to Bring
The following items are not allowed in the Consulate during your interview: mobile phones, electronic personal digital assistants, cameras, audio or video recording devices, laptop computers, portable music players, travel bags, back packs, briefcases, suitcases, cosmetics (including but not limited to spray perfume, cologne and talcum or baby powder), bottles of any kind, food items, and any sealed envelopes or packages. Other items may be prohibited based on security staff discretion.
