Foreign Agricultural Service

The Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) links U.S. agriculture to the world to enhance export opportunities and global food security.

FAS is an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and provides support for international activities like trade policy, market development, export assistance, international development and the collection and analysis of statistics and market information.

FAS has a global network of agricultural counselors, attachés, trade officers, and locally employed staff stationed in over 90 countries to support U.S. agricultural interests.
