How to contact U.S. citizen services

The Consulate General in Hamburg no longer provides American Citizen Services.

The American Citizen Services Unit in Berlin offers an outreach day three times per year in February, May and November where we accept passport applications, reports of birth abroad, and notarials.  We announce specific details on our website and our blog, For the People, and we also send out an email to American citizens registered with us through STEP (Smart Traveler Enrollment Program)
