The Service Contracts Branch is is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and improvement of the following:

  • Kitchen equipment
  • Household appliances
  • Elevators
  • Ventilation Systems
  • Alarm systems
  • Custodial Services Management which includes scheduled and emergency cleaning services.
  • Entomology Services Management which includes pest surveillance, pest identification, breeding site removal, pesticide applications and removal of dead animals.
