Doctrine & Concepts Mission
PKSOI writes and contributes to concept and doctrine development through its interactions with organizations and authors responsible for stability operations concept and doctrine development. PKSOI provides subject matter expertise technical review and writing expertise to doctrine and concept preparing agencies. The Institute facilitates integration of doctrinal changes with other PKSOI sections to insure second and third order effects are considered WRT policy, training, education, research, and the after action review process.
