Antarctica
Over the New Year's holiday, the Consul General had the opportunity to visit Antarctica, where the United States and Russia cooperate in many scientific areas. During the APEC Summit meetings in Vladivostok, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov signed an agreement furthering cooperation in Antarctica. PAO Welcomes English Teachers to "Winter Methodology School for English
On January 17, PAO Dae Kim gave warm welcoming remarks to well over 100 English teachers from throughout the Russian Far East at the plenary session of "Winter Methodology School," a two-day conference hosted by the Far Eastern English Language Teachers Association (FEELTA) and held at the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok.
